Once an order is placed on ShieldOraCyber, it is immediately sent for processing and license generation. Because our products are digitally delivered and often activated instantly, cancellations are subject to strict conditions.

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or delivered.
  • Once the antivirus license key or activation details have been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Customers must contact our support team as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

Once a license key or activation code is delivered, it is considered successfully consumed and cannot be returned or exchanged.
